Shreeya helped us enormously; she guided us through the design process, showed us which options would look better and explained why, and she made sure everything stayed within our budget. I had a really good experience with Rossia Jewellery. When I first went to them, I honestly had only a very rough idea about the ring. I knew what kind of feeling and look I wanted, but I didn’t really have a proper design in mind. Shreeya was a big part of the whole process. She gave a lot of thought to what I was trying to create and helped me build the design step by step. What I really liked was that she didn’t just take the basic idea and make a ring out of it. She actually added a lot of thought to the design, and that made the final ring feel much more personal. The ring itself has a lot of small details that I really love. The Arch Gallery design, the diamonds on the tulip and the overall strong build were all thought through properly. So for me, it’s not just a good-looking ring, it actually has a story and meaning built into the design. Another thing I really appreciated was how quickly they managed to make it. I had a pretty tight timeline and needed the ring quite urgently. I was honestly a little unsure if a custom ring could be made properly in that amount of time, but they managed to deliver it really well and on time. The finishing was also really good considering how quickly everything was done. The whole process was smooth, and the team was helpful and easy to communicate with. I especially appreciate the effort Shreeya put into understanding what I wanted and turning a very unclear initial idea into something that I actually loved. Very happy with how the ring turned out and with the overall experience at Rossia. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a custom-designed piece, especially if you have an idea in your head but aren’t exactly sure how to turn it into a design. TL:DR - HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. IMPECCABLE SERVICE, TIMELY DELIVERY, VERY RESPONSIVE, EXACTLY WHAT YOU WOULD NEED I got a custom engagement ring for my partner. It is shaped like a mobius strip - one continuos surface connecting the 2 (signified by diamonds) forever. It is also a metaphor for time (I and my partner are nerds). I found Rossia through a late night doomscroll on Instagram and I am grateful. With a passionate woman founder along with a meticulous team (special mention to the founder's kids who make everything extra cute), the entire brand is a labor of love. I had a basic sketch on a piece of paper and Shreeya along with her brilliant team turned it into a token of my love. From the onboarding, design conversations, to the invoice, every experience is smooth. They are patient, detail oriented, and care about the people involved (I had so many questions, everything was answered and curiosity was encouraged 🥹).
