Q1. How can I be sure that, final product will be as per the finalised design?
We used CAD / CAM technology which ensures design selected is created to-scale with a high level of precision. CAD generated 3D prototypes are shared with customers before product fabrication starts.
Q2. What happens if I am not satisfied with the final product?
If it's a manufacturing defect, it's not us to do a complete overhaul of the product. While this has never happened in our custom made products so far, your product is covered under warranty - and remake of the product is on us.
Q3. Can Rossia Jewels help me recreate a design of my choice?
Yes ! We, being a manufacturer, can create any design to-scale with the highest level of precision. As a part of the process we share 3D prototype with clients for their final approval before fabrication process starts.
Q4. What kind of certifications are provided along with the product?
With Rossia Jewels, you get the highest level of industry relevant authentications. Gold is BIS / HUID hallmarked, small diamonds are IGI / SGL certified, Solitaires are GIA certified. Along with this you get a manufacturing certificate from Rossia Jewels under your product is covered under warranty.
