A Ring With a Story: How We Designed Aarav & Meera’s Ring

Every Ring With a Story begins the same way – not with a diamond, but with a couple talking. Here is how one love story became a ring.

The story. Aarav and Meera met on a delayed monsoon train out of Mumbai, sharing one umbrella across a flooded platform and a single cup of chai while they waited. Three years later, he wanted a ring that held that rainy afternoon inside it.

What they told us. Not specifications – memories. The grey-green of the sky. The platform where they first spoke. Meera’s birthstone is an emerald. The train was, fortunately, late.

How it became design. We shaped a band with a soft, rain-swept curve and a whisper of pavé like droplets along the shoulders. An emerald sits quietly beside the centre diamond – her stone, her colour. Inside the band, we engraved the platform’s coordinates and the date everything began.

The reveal. Aarav proposed under an umbrella, on purpose. Weeks later, Meera found the hidden coordinates – and understood that the whole ring had been their story all along.
